Our Core Team

Alwin Jung, Head of Design (co-founder) of LINK Home Decor, is an Architecture graduate from Parahyangan University. He was awarded one of the best design in the architecture competition organized by Parahyangan University and the Indonesian Architects Association (Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia) in 2004. With over 10 years of experience in design and project management across various multinational companies, Alwin established Link Architecture Studio in 2012, which eventually transformed into LINK Home Decor with a more focus on interior design.
Asik Nurianto, the Production Manager of LINK Home Decor, from Jepara, Central Java, and has honed his skills as a wood craftsman for over 20 years. His expertise in precision and attention to detail is a strength he brings to the LINK Home Decor team. All production staff at LINK are carefully selected from skilled wood craftsmen in Jepara, ensuring high-quality standards in every product delivered.
Albert Jung, Head of Operations (co-founder) of LINK Home Decor, brings a wealth of experience to the company. Prior to founding LINK, Albert worked for a renowned FMCG company, honing his skills in project and supply chain management for over 10 years. At LINK, he plays a key role in leading the company’s operations from end to end, ensuring that all projects run smoothly and are delivered with excellence.
Andri Mulyandi, Wood Finishing Specialist at LINK Home Decor, is a seasoned professional in the field of wood craftsmanship. With years of experience in woodworking and finishing techniques, Andri brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. His meticulous attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality finishes ensure that every product leaving LINK Home Decor meets the highest standards of excellence.
